1. General Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Twin Telepathy Entertainment website or participating in any Twin Telepathy Entertainment events (the “Service”), operated by Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC (“TTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Event Tickets & Purchases

All ticket purchases for events hosted by Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase and these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared without prior written consent from Twin Telepathy Entertainment.

  • Event access is limited to the ticket holder only. Unauthorized access or credential sharing may result in removal without refund.

  • Event schedules, programming, talent appearances, vendors, and activities are subject to change without notice.

Payments & Third-Party Services

To complete a purchase, you may be required to provide payment, billing, or other relevant information. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and Twin Telepathy Entertainment does not store or have access to your full payment details.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to share necessary data with these providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Ticket prices may include third-party processing or service fees. Unless otherwise stated, such fees are non-refundable.

Errors & Order Cancellation

Twin Telepathy Entertainment reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to refuse or cancel orders if fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors are suspected.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Events may be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, technology failures, platform outages, travel disruptions, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events.

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

  • Refunds will not be issued solely due to rescheduling.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid (excluding third-party processing fees, if applicable).

Talent & Program Changes

Talent participation is subject to availability and contractual obligations. Twin Telepathy Entertainment does not guarantee the appearance of any specific individual beyond what is contractually confirmed at the time of the event.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including text, original graphics, logos, branding, and event materials created by Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC — is the property of Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Certain images, including talent headshots and promotional materials, are used with permission or under license and remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any website content is strictly prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct

Twin Telepathy Entertainment is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all attendees, talent, vendors, and staff.

All attendees are expected to:

  • Treat guests, talent, vendors, staff, and fellow attendees with respect.

  • Follow all event rules, community guidelines, platform policies, and venue regulations.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.

  • Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of talent and other attendees.

  • Comply with all photography, recording, and content-sharing policies.

Twin Telepathy Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry, remove, or restrict access to any individual who violates these standards or disrupts the experience. Removal may occur without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC is not responsible for technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including platform outages, connectivity problems, third-party service interruptions, or inability to access the Service.

Participation in Twin Telepathy Entertainment events is at your own risk. Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the Service;

  • Conduct or content of third parties;

Health & Safety

Attendance at in-person events involves inherent risks associated with public gatherings. Attendees should not attend events if they are experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness. By attending an event, participants assume responsibility for their own health and safety.

Personal information collected through our website or events is used solely for communication, ticketing, and event-related purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information and only share it with third parties as necessary to operate our services.

Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC reserves the right to photograph, audio record, and/or video record events for promotional, archival, quality assurance, and marketing purposes. By attending an event, you consent to the use of your likeness, voice, and image without compensation.

Unauthorized recording is prohibited. Attendees may not photograph, record, screen-capture, livestream, or otherwise capture any portion of a virtual or in-person event without prior written consent. Violations may result in removal without refund and further enforcement action.

Professional recording equipment may require prior approval and must comply with event guidelines.

9. Changes to These Terms

Twin Telepathy Entertainment LLC may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
